SKILLET PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (12 oz.) jar chunk style peanut butter (1 1/3 c.) In electric skillet, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Set heat control at 280 degrees. Bring mixture to a boil and cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blended. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan and allow to cool. |
