3 lg. yams
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Dash cinnamon
2 oz. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 bag lg. marshmallows

Boil yams until soft; drain, mash and add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, eggs, milk and butter. Put in casserole and bake at 350 degrees until it stiffens. Add marshmallows and bake until brown.
