SPECIAL HOT CHOCOLATE 
2 c. powdered milk
Dash of salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. powdered non-dairy coffee creamer
1 tbsp. malted milk powder (or 2 tbsp. depending upon taste)

Blend all together. Store in an airtight jar. Use 4 tablespoons per mug of boiling water.
