CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
5 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced parsley
3/4 c. shredded cheese
Buttered bread crumbs
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced onion
4 tbsp. evaporated milk
Few grains pepper

Mix ingredients together except for cheese and crumbs and put into 6 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 2" baking dish. Cover with shredded cheese; top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Don't over bake.
