RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
3 c. cut up rhubarb
9" pie crust

Place cut up rhubarb in prepared pie crust. Beat eggs. Blend sugar, flour and nutmeg. Add eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
