ROASTED PECANS | |
White of 1 egg 1 tsp. water 1 tsp. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar or substitute 1 lb. pecan halves Beat egg white in a large bowl until stiff. In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and fold into the beaten egg white. Add pecan halves and stir to coat. Place pecans on foil covered cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. |
