CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
3 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can Chinese noodles
Crushed potato chips

Melt Velveeta in hot cooked rice. Mix rest of ingredients to rice. Place in large, lightly greased casserole. Put crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
