HOLIDAY MEATBALLS 
3 c. seasoned dressing mix (Kellogg's brand)
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. walnuts or pecans
1/3 c. water
2 to 4 eggs
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped parsley

SAUCE:

1/3 c. water
1 to 2 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup

Mix meatball mixture all together and let sit awhile to soften the dressing. Then form into balls or patties (do not fry); cover with sauce mixture and BAKE covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add some shredded cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.

These also freezes well, just don't add the sauce until ready to bake.
