DEVILED ENGLISH PEAS 
1 lb. can English (or petite) peas, drained
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 can French fried onion rings

Arrange layers of 1/2 of the peas, eggs, pimento, cheese. Spread 1/2 of soup over the top and repeat the layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cover with onion rings and return to oven until onion rings are crisp. Serves 6.
