MAMA WISS' PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. pumpkin (16 oz. 1 can)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Combine filling and ingredients. Blend well an and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees then 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
