HAMBURGER NO-WORK DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 env. onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. sliced green onions
Grated cheese

Mix all together; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese; uncover and bake a few more minutes to melt cheese.
