TEXAS STYLE CHILI 
5 lb. round steak, trimmed & cut to about 1/4 inch cubes
2 lg. white onions, chopped fine
8 tbsp. chili powder
1 to 2 tbsp. granulated garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 lg. cans crushed tomatoes, seeds removed
1 bulb garlic, pressed or minced
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
3/4 to 1 bottle Straub's beer
2 to 3 Anaheim peppers, peeled, seeded & chopped fine
3 to 4 Jalapeno peppers, peeled, seeded & chopped fine
1 Jalapeno pepper, pickled, seeded & chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. white pepper
Paprika for color
Water as needed for juice
