FRESH FRUIT PIE 
Baked pie shell
Fresh fruit (peaches or strawberries are great!)
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. fruit flavored Jello (match to fruit)

Place fresh fruit in baked pie shell. Peel an slice if necessary. Mix sugar, water, cornstarch, and Jello; cook over low heat until thickened. Cool to room temperature and pour over fruit. Refrigerate until set. Serve with generous amount of whipped cream.
