FOUR LAYER DELIGHT | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. pecans 1 c. Cool Whip (12 oz. container) 1 c. powdered sugar 2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding (any flavor) 3 c. milk Mix flour, butter and pecans as for pie crust and press into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Beat Cool Whip and powdered sugar until fluffy. Spread on cooled crust. Whip pudding and milk and pour over second layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve. |
