STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jello
Cool Whip

Cook pie shell as directed. Rinse and slice strawberries. Mix water, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until turns clear. Add Jello to this mixture; stir until dissolved. Place strawberries in pie shell. Pour mixture over this. Refrigerate and add Cool Whip for topping.
