FRUIT SALAD 
FRESH FRUIT:

1 apple
2 sm. bananas
1 pear
Seedless green grapes

CANNED FRUIT:

1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges

1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
1 lg. jar maraschino cherries

Drain canned fruit and save 3/4 cup juice from canned pineapple. While canned fruit is draining, cut up fresh fruit. Mix fresh and canned fruit together. With mixer on low speed, mix 3/4 cup juice and instant pudding together until thick (about 2 minutes). Pour over fruit and mix. Chill about 30 minutes before serving.

Note: Fruit will not keep overnight.
