CHEESE CAKE 
17 graham crackers, crumbled
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted

CAKE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
4 egg yolks, 4 egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Cream cheeses together; add yolks, vanilla, flour and salt. Cream well. Add milk, fold in stiff egg whites. Place in pan which has been lined with crumb mixture, bottom buttered. bake in 325 degree oven -- when baked turn off stove -- leave cake in oven for 1 hour.
