HAWAIIAN BANANA BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
6 ripe bananas, mashed
4 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Beat eggs in small bowl. Set aside. Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. Add eggs. In small bowl, mix together flour, salt, and soda. Add to cream mixture; add bananas. Beat until mixed. Pour into 2-3 loaf pans. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
