HAWAIIAN BANANA NUT BREAD 
3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat the eggs and add the oil, bananas, vanilla, and pineapple that has been partially drained. Add nuts to dry ingredients and then stir all into banana mixture. Bake at 350 degrees in greased pans about an hour or until done. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans. Makes 2 large or 3 small loaves.
