TILLIE'S HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lg. potatoes, sliced
2-3 carrots, sliced
1 can peas, drained
3 med. onions, sliced
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can water

Place layers of vegetables in crock pot in order given. Season with salt and pepper. Put browned hamburger on top of celery. Mix soup and water. Pour over all. Cook on low 6-8 hours. High for 2-4. You may want to place a little butter between each layer.
