CHICKEN GAMBEANO (For Diabetics) 
1/4 c. condensed cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. skim milk
1/4 c. zucchini (cubed)
1/4 c. green beans
2 oz. cooked chicken (cubed)
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/4 c. linguine (cooked)

Blend soup and skim milk; place in saucepan. Add zucchini and green beans. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are partially tender. Add chicken and seasonings; repeat. Serve over linguine.

MICROWAVE: Blend soup and skim milk in bowl. Add zucchini and green beans; cover. Cook on high for 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are partially tender. Add chicken and seasonings; repeat on medium for 4 minutes. Serve over linguine. Yield: 1 serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
