SPEEDY CHEESECAKE 
4 eggs
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk (light cream if desired)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (press out excess juice)

Put ingredients into blender and blend for seven minutes. Pour into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
