RAISIN CRUNCH PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1 unbaked pie crust
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 55 minutes.
