CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned, cut in bite size (can use turkey)
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and place in a 9x13 inch pan. Then mix 1 small bag of crumbly Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix, 1 cup hot chicken broth, chopped celery, and onion, 1/2 stick butter. Sprinkle over chicken mixture, 1 inch thick. Bake covered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
