MEATBALLS AND SAUCE 
MEATBALLS:

2 2/3 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Krazy Salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

MEAT AND SAUCE:

1/3 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1/4 tsp. Krazy Salt
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 lg. and 1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 med. can tomato paste
3/4 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. Krazy Salt

Meat and Sauce: Brown ground beef, onion and Krazy Salt together in skillet; drain. In large pot, add browned ingredients to the tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, parsley and Krazy Salt. Simmer for 3 hours.

Meatballs: Mix ingredients together well. Shape, brown slowly in skillet and simmer in sauce for the last 15 minutes of cooking time. Serves 10 to 12. May freeze leftovers.
