EASY CHEESY BUNS 
1 cake compressed yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2/3 c. Velveeta
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sifted Pillsbury's Best enriched flour
1/4 to 1/2 c. additional sifted flour

Soften yeast in lukewarm water in mixing bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Add Velveeta, sugar, salt, egg, butter, and 1 cup flour. Beat 2 minutes until cheese is well blended. If you use an electric mixer, use low speed. Add gradually 1/4 to 1/2 cup flour to form a dough. Mix well after each addition.

Fill well-greased muffin cups about half full of dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until light and doubled in size, 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake in 375 degree oven 12 to 15 minutes until deep golden brown. Serve hot. Yield: 1 dozen rolls.

NOTE: If using Pillsbury's Best enriched self-rising flour, omit salt.
