EASY CHICKEN PIE 
3-5 lb. chicken
1 can cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
6 oz. pkg. Stove Top stuffing

Cook chicken; remove meat from bones. Cut into medium size pieces. Place into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix soup, sour cream, and milk; pour over top of chicken. Put Stove Top stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Vegetables may be added to make it a one-dish meal. Just add vegetable on top of chicken, then mixture, then add Stove Top over top.
