CREAM PUFF DESSERT 
1 lb. graham crackers
2 (3 3/4 oz.) boxes instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
9 oz. carton Cool Whip

Fold pudding into Cool Whip. Layer crackers in 9 x 13 inch pan, then layer 1/2 pudding mixture. Repeat layers and top with crackers.

ICING:

2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
4-6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. milk
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt butter and chocolate bits. Add remaining ingredients, beating until spreading consistency. Chill at least 24 hours.
