2 c. sugar
1/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. white corn syrup
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook sugar, hot water and corn syrup to soft ball stage. Add small amount to beaten egg whites (1/2 cup or so). Cook remainder to hard ball stage. Add slowly to beaten egg whites, beating constantly. Beat until dry and will form a ball.
