LA CASA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
12 soft Torita's, torn into bite size pieces
1 can enchilada sauce, mild or hot
1 sm. onion
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
10 oz. tomato juice

Brown meat and onion. Drain. Throw everything into the pan. Rip up Torita's, throw in the pan all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour in casserole. You may save some of the cheese for topping. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
