DUTCH PANCAKES 
Sausage or bacon
1 tbsp. butter
5-6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown sausage or bacon. Put 1 tablespoon butter, melted in casserole and arrange meat on top (don't combine).

In mixer put: 5-6 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Beat until smooth. Pour over meat layer. Bake at 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve with warm syrup and butter.
