SALMON LOAF 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
1/2 c. melted butter
2 1/2 c. corn flakes, measured first, then crushed
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1 egg, beaten

Drain off 1/2 of liquid of salmon. Combine all ingredients. Place in loaf pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. For more firmness, use less butter and add 1 more egg.
