3/4 c. smooth peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 (13 oz.) corn or Rice Chex cereal
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 grocery bags (one inside the other)

Pour cereal in bowl. Pour powdered sugar in bowl.

Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Pour over cereal and toss to coat. Pour everything in bag and toss to coat. Store in covered container.
