STEAK SALAD 
1 1/2 lb. cubed round steak
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/8 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Lettuce
2 hard boiled eggs
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
Cucumber slices

Fry the steak cubes over very high heat until done to taste. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, relish, and mustard together. Add hot steak cubes and mix. Serve over bed of lettuce using egg slice, tomato wedges, and cucumber slices to garnish each serving. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
