LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
Garlic salt
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. noodles
1 tbsp. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. cottage cheese
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat, onion, and garlic powder. Crush tomatoes and add to spaghetti sauce. Mix and simmer all for 30 minutes. Cook noodles in salted water with salad oil for 15 minutes. Drain. Beat eggs and blend into cottage cheese. Line bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan with single layer of noodles. Then add 1/3 of cottage cheese mix, 1/3 of meat and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat to make 2 more layers. Add Parmesan cheese whenever you wish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
