MY MOM'S PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin pulp (canned may be used)
1 1/2 c. milk (regular)
2 eggs
1 tsp. white Karo syrup

Mix sugars, spices and salt. Beat eggs, beat milk into eggs. Add syrup. Add egg, milk and Karo mixture to pumpkin pulp. Add sugar- spice mixture. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 350 degrees until done (when silver knife inserted into center of pie comes out clean).
