LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix without pudding in it
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1 c. warm water

Mix all ingredients together and beat for 1 minute. Grease and flour bread pans and bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes (or more) - test for doneness. Remove from the oven and let cool 10 to 15 minutes in the pan and then remove.
