1/2 lb. butter, unsalted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. instant coffee
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. + 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. cake flour

Soften butter and then mix on high until creamy; add sugar and mix well. Mix coffee, vanilla and egg yolks together; add to butter mixture. Add cake flour; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
