1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. orzo 1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice 2 c. plus 2 tbsp. boiling water Melt butter. Add orzo and keep stirring until orzo turns golden brown. Do not burn. Add UNCLE BEN'S® rice (which has been washed and drained) and keep stirring until rice looks separate. Add boiling water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. | |
