CORN PUDDING 
8-10 lg. ears corn
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 2 1/2 quart casserole, combine the corn that has had the husk removed and the kernels scraped. Add the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk, butter and stir about 2 minutes. BAke in the oven for 25 minutes. Makes 5-6 servings.
