POTATO CHEESE PUFF 
2 c. cheese or process cheese food, coarsely grated
3 beaten egg yolks
3 c. mashed potatoes, seasoned
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. onion, grated

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 2 quart baking dish.

Combine egg yolk and milk. Add remaining ingredients except egg whites. Beat well. Fold egg whites into mixture.

Put into baking dish. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is browned. Serve immediately.
