HAMBURGER STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 c. diced potatoes
2 or 3 c. water
1/4 c. flour dissolved in sm. amount of water
Salt
Pepper

Brown meat and onions. Add potatoes and water. Cook until tender. Thicken with flour and water mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
