5 c. Damsons
6 tbsp. cornstarch
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Put all ingredients in saucepan and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Pour into 2 baked pie shells. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
