VEGETABLE PASTA 
10 oz. noodles, cooked
1 lb. sausage, cooked & crumbled
1 head broccoli
1 zucchini, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles and sausage separately. Drain and set aside. Stir fry in small amount of oil (or water) broccoli, zucchini, onion and pepper. Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Stir cheese into the vegetables.

Heat the tomatoes and tomato sauce together and add oregano to taste. Stir sausage, vegetables and tomato mixture together. Place on top of noodles on plate.

Optional: Sprinkle 1 cup Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese on top.

Optional: Omit any vegetable your family does not like.
