CRUMB CAKE 
TOPPING:

1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) bag (2 c.) Nestle's Little Bits semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided

CAKE:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream

TOPPING: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and butter; mix well. Stir in nuts and 1/2 cup chocolate chips; set aside.

CAKE: In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in remaining 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Spread into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Makes 24 (2 inch) squares.
