SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon, flaked
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
2 c. dry bread crumbs
4-6 hard boiled eggs

Saute onion in butter. Combine with celery, salt and pepper, parsley, lemon juice and flaked salmon. Combine eggs beaten with milk. Pour over bread crumbs and add to other ingredients. Blend well. Pack in well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes. Make a white sauce to serve with loaf. Add chopped hard boiled eggs to white sauce.
