These take 10 minutes to prepare and twelve minutes to bake. Makes 6 dozen.

1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. cake mix of your choice
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. chocolate chips
Nuts, chopped or raisins (optional)
1/2-1 tsp. flavoring extract

Combine half of the cake mix with the eggs, oil and extract; mix until smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix and nuts or chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. Centers will be soft. Allow to cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
