BROWN SUGAR DIP 
1 c. low fat yogurt
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla butternut flavor
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill. This dip for fruit can also be used as a topping for desserts and contains 1 g. protein, 0 g. fat, 7 g. carbohydrates, 21 mg. sodium, 2 mg. cholesterol.
