HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash salt
1/2 c. water, room temperature
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine and mix dry ingredients in a 2 cups measure. Add water and stir. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Add butter and microwave 30 seconds, stirring at 15 seconds. Add vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream, cake or brownie.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
