VENISON GOULASH 
2 lb. venison, cut in 1-inch cubes
1 c. onions
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of red pepper
3 c. water
2 tbsp. flour

Brown meat in fat. Add onion and brown sugar. Mix and stir in Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt, paprika, catsup, mustard, red pepper and water. Cook under 15 pounds pressure for 15 minutes. Thicken with flour in 1/4 cup additional water.
